Call for Papers
ICOCO 2026 invites original, unpublished research that advances computing, information technology, and informatics. Accepted papers are submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.
What we accept
We accept three categories of submissions:
- Regular (completed) research papers
- Research-in-progress papers
- Case study papers
Submitted work must not be accepted at, or under review by, any other venue.
Formatting requirements
| Language | English only. |

| Anonymity | Submissions are double-blind reviewed. Manuscripts must not contain author names, affiliations, or self-identifying acknowledgements. |
| File format | PDF conforming to IEEE conference standards. |
| Page limit | 6 pages maximum, including figures, tables, and references. Extra pages can be purchased — see Fees. |
| Layout | A4, single-spaced, two-column, Times Roman 10 pt. |
| PDF compliance | Final manuscripts must pass IEEE PDF eXpress for IEEE Xplore compatibility. |

Submit your paper
Submissions are handled through EDAS. Create or use your existing EDAS account, choose the appropriate track, and upload your anonymised PDF.
Publication & presentation
Accepted papers are submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus. At least one author of each paper must register and present at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to remove from IEEE Xplore any paper that is not presented.
Key dates
- Full paper submission: 30 June 2026
- Notification of acceptance (1st round): 15 August 2026
- Final manuscript: 15 September 2026
- Conference: 12 – 14 October 2026
