Registration Fees
All fees are in USD. Early-bird rates apply to registrations completed before 10 September 2026; standard rates apply afterwards. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present.

Registration rules
- At least one author of each paper must register at the Author / Presenter rate.
- Students: email a scanned copy of your student ID to shukorar@utm.my and bring the original to the conference for verification.
- IEEE members: enter your IEEE membership number at registration and bring your IEEE membership card to the conference for on-site verification.
- Papers not presented may be removed from IEEE Xplore by IEEE.
