| Notification of Acceptance — Extended Round | Final decisions for authors who submitted during the extended deadline window. | 31 August 2026 |
| Early Bird Registration | Discounted registration rate before standard fees apply. | 31 August 2026 |
| Final Registration | Last day to complete payment and confirm your spot at the conference. | 1 September 2026 |
| Final Manuscript Submission | Camera-ready version of accepted papers, incorporating reviewer feedback and final formatting. | 15 September 2026 |
