Before you register

At least one author must register for every accepted paper.

All prices are in US dollars. IEEE members must add their membership number to their EDAS profile and present valid membership identification when requested.

Student registration

Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students must provide a valid student identification card. IEEE graduate student members qualify for the member rate.

Frequently asked questions

How can I pay?
  • Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card.
  • All payments must be made in US dollars through Visa or MasterCard where card payment is used.
  • Visit the ICOCO 2026 registration page on EDAS to complete payment.
What does a full registration include?

Normal and early-bird registration includes a copy of the conference proceedings or equivalent, admission to tutorials and technical sessions, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunches for in-person participants.

How are receipts and certificates issued?
  • Official receipts are issued at the conference registration desk.
  • Each attendee receives a participation certificate based on the original registration after presenting the paper.
  • The name printed on the certificate is taken from the EDAS registration.
  • Changes requested without prior notice cost USD 30 per replacement certificate.
  • Additional certificates for co-authors who are not present cost USD 30 each.
