Call for Papers

ICOCO 2026 welcomes regular research papers, research-in-progress papers, and case studies presenting original work across computing and related disciplines.

Submission requirements

Prepare your manuscript for double-blind review.

Submitted work must be original and must not be accepted or under review elsewhere. All manuscripts are reviewed without author-identifying information.

Author guidelines

Paper format

    Language

    All manuscripts must be written in English.

  2. 02

    Anonymous review

    Review copies must not contain author names, affiliations, addresses, or explicit self-references.

  3. 03

    Length and format

    Submit a PDF of no more than six A4 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Use the IEEE two-column conference format with 10-point type.

  4. 04

    IEEE Xplore compatibility

    Accepted papers must meet the IEEE Xplore PDF specification. Authors can validate final files through IEEE PDF eXpress.
