In order to participate in the activities of ICBDA 2018, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers per registration. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of USD40 per page. Author registration payment must be made by 30 Sept 2018; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

IEEE MEMBERS REGISTRATION
IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICBDA 2018 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number during registration (please update your EDAS profile) and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

STUDENT RATE
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must email the scanned copy of their ‘Student Identification Card’ to sabdrazak@gmail.com Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per person per-registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for student member rate.

All credit card payment are to be made in United States dollar (USD) either by Visa/Master Card. For credit card payment please go to the EDAS ICBDA 2018 registration website at http://edas.info/r24292. Bank Draft and Wire Transfer will be allowable upon request direct into the IEEE IC3e account. Registrations by residents of Malaysia are payable using the local RM currency either through wire transfer or bank draft/cheque, local orders are not accepted.

The official receipts for payment will be issued during the conference at the Registration Desk. Each attendee will be issued with a certificate of participation based on the original registration (person who paid/registered) after they have presented their papers at the conference. The name printed on the certificate will be based on the EDAS registration. Any changes without prior notification will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at USD30 per certificate. Additional certificates for co-authors who are not present will incur extra charges for reproduction of certificates at USD30 per certificate.
