In order to participate in the activities of IC3e2020, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers per registration. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of USD40 per page.
Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per person per-registration is allowed under this rate. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for the student member rate.
