The 9th IEEE Conference on e-Learning, e-Management and e-Services (IC3e 2020) will be held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia from 17 – 19 November 2020. The conference provides an excellent opportunity to share and exchange technologies and applications in the area of e-Learning, e-Management and e-Services for professionals, engineers, academics and industrial people worldwide. IC3e 2020 is sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Malaysia. IC3e entered it’s 9th year, the previous conferences were successfully organised in Kuala Lumpur (2012), Kuching (2013), Melbourne (2014), Malacca (2015), Langkawi (2016), Kuching (2017), Langkawi (2018) and Penang (2019).
Situated on the beautiful island of Borneo, Sabah is one of the thirteen states which Malaysia is made of. Sabah is the second largest state in Malaysia and shares the island of Borneo with Sarawak, Brunei, and Indonesian Kalimantan. Kota Kinabalu is a hustling and bustling city situated strategically in the West Coast of the Malaysian state of Sabah. Locals here often refers Kota Kinabalu as ‘KK’ in short. KK is also the gateway to one of Southeast Asia’s tallest mountains, Mount Kinabalu. Apart from KK’s majestic beauty, be spoiled for choices as KK also offers a wide range of food selection1.

- All manuscripts must be in English.
- Papers submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information (no authors, affiliation or address, and no explicit self-reference) due to the double-blind review process.
- All submitted papers should be in the form of a PDF file. The maximum length is 6 pages (A4 size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. To facilitate this, papers must conform to IEEE format. Please download the format template here.
All papers for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to IEEE Xplore PDF specification.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a service allowing authors to make IEEE Xplore compatible PDFs.
Towards the notification deadline the link to PDF eXpress will be published on this website.
