The IEEE Computer Society Malaysia Chapter is pleased to present From LLM to Agent: A Practical Workshop on Agentic AI as part of IEEE Open Day 2026, held under the theme Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow.
This focused two-hour session bridges the gap between conversational large language models and autonomous AI agents. Through a combination of lecture and hands-on activities, participants will explore how agents use tools, memory, and an execution loop to move beyond answering questions and begin completing structured tasks.
